2. Show Hidden Files
a. Open Windows Explorer
b. Go to Tools > Options
c. On View tab, mark Checked the “Show Hidden Files and Folders and “Hide Protected OPerating System Files” Unchecked.

3. Delete the files manually
a. Go the USB Drive and delete autorun.inf
b. Go to C: Drive and delete autorun.inf
c. Go to C:\Windows and delete Disk Knight.exe

4. Modify Windows Registry
a. Go to Start > Run then type regedit
b. On Registry Editor, go to Edit > Find and type “knight”
c. Delete all entries it found.

5. Connect to Internet and update your AntiVirus

6. Reboot your computer in SafeMode
a. During BootUp process Press F8 continuously until selection appears
b. Use Arrow Up+Down to select SafeMode on the selections menu.
c. Hit Enter to proceed.

7. Scan your computer with an updated AntiVirus and delete all infections it founds.

Note: You may enable autorun of the USB Drive by reversing the process in Step 1.

Overview: When a system is infected with 'kopa' virus it will consume all the processing power of the system virtually making the system unable to do anything. Once the system is infected it will try to spread itself from one place to another. Though its damage scale is low but you need to get rid of it as soon as possible.

Setup: If your system takes abnormal startup time than there is a possibility that the system is infected with this virus. To remove it simply download the tool provided.

If you do not have .net runtime environment you need to download dotnetfx from Microsoft's site to run the tool. Installing it might take sometime on some machines. 

Compare to other tools AntiKopa is a very light weight tool. you will hardly notice its existance. Remember to install dotnetfx before installing the tool.

Tip: before installations press Ctrl+Alt+Del and stop any process with the name 'systemlb.exe' or 'kopa.exe'. It will speedup the installation processes.

It is a hordware browser tool for naive users. You can get information of any hardware attached to the system. Basically it gives you the systems configurations indetail.

Service Controller [23-04-2007]

This softwares allows users to controll the state of different services installed on the system. 

Actually I developed thisone for myself! As a developer often I have to turn different system services on and off. Going to 'Control Panel' then' Administrative tools' and finillay clicking on the 'Services' brings me the list of installed services. Which takes some time. Specially when the system becomes slower doing some other processings. So I thought there should be something which will do it for me. And now you can see the results.

dotnetfx is required to run the software.
